About The Author

Lawrence was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, as the fifth of seven kids. When he was young, he was very enthusiastic about fishing, wildlife, and nature. He became a teacher with a major in biology and taught students of all ages, except primary. In 1970, he married Jeanine, and they had two boys and a girl. Lawrence and Jeanine were both teachers by profession, and during the summers, they traveled around the United States and visited 45 out of 50 states. As they got older, they visited other parts of the world too, like Europe, Asia, and Australia. This year, Jeanine passed away, and Lawrence’s life completely changed. She wanted Lawrence to share the poems he wrote, so he went ahead to fulfill her wish by publishing his beautiful poems.
