For our AP Government & Politics mid-semester project, we were tasked with producing a documentary that delves into a legal issue. My group and I elected to focus on the topic of capital punishment. While there are varying perspectives on the use of the death penalty, we have taken the time to examine both sides of the debate. We have arrived at the following position on the matter.
